Tatami experience, new hotel. Japanese decor harmonious, Japanese sliding doors. Great amenities - The White Company toiletries, teapot, ceramic tea cups, genmaicha tea, TWG tea bags. Toto Japanese toilet with dryer. Helpful staff - Chili at reception. Comfortable lounge.

Here I found an exceptional luxury hotel, with exclusive amenities offering a wide range of delicious breakfast options, from fresh juices to child-size pastries, at a very Central location. the green tea in the room and kettle is perfect when you're not a coffee drinker. the room design is nice with a smart TV, and the TOTO Japanese style toilets are a remarkable feature that adds a more luxurious appeal to the room.
The housekeeping staff needs more training. During my entire stay, little attention was paid to detail, the floors were never cleaned, and I had to ask for small things, such as replenishing the handwash and replacing the mugs.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and super nice. The hotel had a great atmosphere, and the room was very clean with excellent amenities. The location was perfect, being within walking distance to the MTR Wanchai station and close to Exhibition Hall station.
For us, it was ideal.
